1.General Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@aljamaltourism.com. Refund eligibility depends on airline, hotel, or tour operator policies.

2. Flight Bookings

  • Refunds are subject to airline fare rules.
  • Some tickets are non-refundable.
  • Airline penalties and fare differences may apply.
  • Service fees charged by Al Jamal Tourism are non-refundable.

3.Hotel Bookings

  • Free cancellation depends on hotel policy.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in full booking charges.

4. Tour Packages

  • Cancellation 15+ days before travel: Partial refund may apply (after supplier deductions).
  • Cancellation 7–14 days before travel: Up to 50% charge may apply.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before travel: No refund.

5. Visa Services

Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the relevant authority, regardless of approval or rejection.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–21 business days, depending on supplier processing time and banking procedures.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, political unrest, or other force majeure events unless the supplier provides a refund.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
